Who We Are

Silver Smith Solutions was built on a simple idea: small businesses deserve the same fast, attentive information technology support that big companies take for granted. For over 25 years, we’ve been the call business owners make when a network goes sideways, a laptop won’t cooperate, or nobody else wants to be bothered — and we’re still the ones who pick up the phone.

Behind the business is Sam, the same person who answers the phone, shows up onsite, and sticks around long after the invoice is paid. No question is too small, no ticket too trivial, and if you do not reach us on the third ring, expect a callback within five minutes. That is not a slogan; it is how we have kept clients for years.

The business was built in San Francisco, and most of our clients are still there, which is why every testimonial below is from those years. People who could hire someone on their own block keep calling the same person at the other end of the state instead. Sam is in Redlands now, so if your office is anywhere in the Inland Empire, he drives to it.

He moved back a few years ago to be closer to his mother and to raise his two children, Silver and Smith.
